Do you hand-paint these or use colored clays to do such intricate details on the faces? I'm trying to get into making super miniatures right now and I feel like I keep hitting a bright wall in the patience department using pins, toothpicks, and really small brushes.

I know it says the wheels are fixed-but what do you mean-repaired, affixed, or immobile? It looks as though this is a fully-functioning toy-but looks can be deceiving!
